StageLab is not:

- a guarantee of physique, health, or competition outcomes.
3. No Medical Advice
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED FOR GENERAL FITNESS, EDUCATIONAL, AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.
StageLab does not provide:
- medical advice;
- diagnosis;
- treatment;
- healthcare services.
You should consult qualified medical professionals before beginning any diet, exercise, supplementation, or contest preparation program.
Never disregard professional medical advice because of information provided through StageLab.
4. AI Disclosures
StageLab uses automated systems and artificial intelligence to generate recommendations, forecasts, analyses, summaries, and other outputs.
AI-generated outputs:
- may be inaccurate;
- may be incomplete;
- may not reflect your actual physical condition;
- should not be treated as guaranteed outcomes.
Users are responsible for evaluating recommendations before implementation.
StageLab does not guarantee:
- stage readiness;
- body fat percentage accuracy;
- contest placings;
- physique outcomes;
- health outcomes.
5. Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that:
- dieting;
- resistance training;
- cardiovascular training;
- contest preparation;
- physique manipulation;
- exercise participation;
- supplementation;
- fitness activities;
carry inherent risks.
These risks may include:
- injury;
- illness;
- fatigue;
- hormonal disruption;
- dehydration;
- overtraining;
- psychological stress;
- hospitalization;
- death.
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your use of the Services.
6. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- your training decisions;
- your nutrition decisions;
- reviewing AI recommendations;

You agree not to rely exclusively on StageLab for medical or health decisions.
7. Coach Accounts
StageLab may allow coaches to manage athletes.
Coaches are independently responsible for:
- their recommendations;
- athlete communications;
- compliance with applicable laws;
- professional conduct.
StageLab does not supervise, endorse, or guarantee coach qualifications.
Coaches are independent users of the platform and not employees, agents, or representatives of StageLab.
8. Subscription Services
Some features require paid subscriptions.
Subscriptions may:
- renew automatically;
- bill monthly or annually;
- continue until canceled.
By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing through the applicable payment platform.
Subscription management and cancellation may be handled through:
- Apple App Store;
- Google Play;
- RevenueCat;
- Stripe;
- other payment providers.
Refunds are subject to applicable platform rules and law.
9. Intellectual Property
All StageLab content, branding, software, interfaces, designs, graphics, AI systems, and related materials are owned by StageLab or its licensors.
You may not:
- copy;
- distribute;
- reverse engineer;
- resell;
- exploit;
- modify;
any portion of the Services without permission.
10. User Content
You retain ownership of content you upload, including:
- photos;
- check-ins;
- notes;
- workout data;
- nutrition data.
You grant StageLab a limited license to:
- host;
- process;
- analyze;
- store;
- display;
such content for operation of the Services.
11. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- misuse the Services;
- upload illegal content;
- harass users;
- exploit bugs;
- interfere with system security;
- use the platform unlawfully.
12. Termination

13. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STAGELAB DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:
- MERCHANTABILITY;
- FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE;
- NON-INFRINGEMENT;
- ACCURACY OF RESULTS.
14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STAGELAB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- INDIRECT DAMAGES;
- CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES;
- LOST PROFITS;
- PHYSICAL INJURY;
- HEALTH OUTCOMES;
- COMPETITION RESULTS;
- DATA LOSS.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to StageLab during the preceding 12 months.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StageLab from claims arising out of:
- your use of the Services;
- your fitness activities;
- your uploaded content;
- your violation of these Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
17. Changes
We may modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
